The ATA Litigation Center is hosting its next Forum for Motor Carrier General Counsels in Monterey, California from July 25 to 28, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Mont Golf Course. This trucking-specific legal and policy seminar will focus this year on driver and labor issues arising both in court and administratively.

The Forum will feature guest speaker Neil Newhouse, a partner an co-founder of Public Opnion Strategies, a national adn political public affairs research firm which has been described by the New York Times as one of the leading polling companies in the country. The Forum will also feature Joe Lockhart, former White House Press Secretary (1998-2000) and Political Analyst and Commentator.
The Forum is open only to motor carrier in-house personnel, private counsel who represent motor carriers, and people with related interests. The Forum is not open to persons representing or allied with interests adverse to motor carriers. Other than motor carrier in-house personnel and private counsel as described above, all persons wishing to attend must obtain the advance written endorsement of ATA or an ATA member motor carrier. The ATA Litigation Center reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to refuse participation in the Forum to any person. No on-site registrations will be accepted.
