Excellence in Security Award
The Excellence in Security Award program recognizes the motor carrier who has demonstrated outstanding performance in the area of security within the industry. Judging is based on the Entry and Exhibit submitted by the company. The award is presented during the S&LPMC Fall Conference.
Excellence in Claims/Loss Prevention Award: 

The Excellence in Claims/Loss Prevention Award
The Excellence in Claims/Loss Prevention Award program recognizes the motor carrier who has demonstrated outstanding performance in the area of claims/loss prevention within the industry. INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

Security Professional of the Year Award
The Security Professional of the Year Award program recognizes the security professional who has demonstrated outstanding performance in the area of security within the industry. Judging is based on the Nomination Guidelines submitted by the individual. The award is presented during the S&LPMC Fall Conference.

Cargo Theft Prevention Distinguished Service Award
The Cargo Theft Prevention Distinguished Service Award recognizes a law enforcement officer or cargo theft unit that has gone above and beyond in helping to prevent cargo theft, secure the supply chain and recover cargo after a cargo theft incident.

Claims/Loss Prevention Professional of the Year Award
The Claims/Loss Prevention Professional of the Year Award program recognizes the claims/loss prevention professional who has demonstrated outstanding performance in the area of claims/loss prevention within the industry. Judging is based on the Nomination Guidelines submitted by the individual. The award is presented during the S&LPMC Fall Conference.

SCS&LPC Leadership
The Safety Management Council’s annual Leadership Award is presented to the individual who has gone above and beyond in supporting and promoting the Council; who has provided constant input to the Executive Director; and who has led the Council membership in advancing SMC programs, membership and outreach.
