Members Only: Determining if an accident was preventable or non-preventable is why the ATA Safety Management Council's Accident Review Committee was established. If internal determinations are still disputed by drivers, send their appeal to SMC and get a neutral, 3rd party decision.  SMC and ATA members can submit accident information for review by this panel of safety professionals from across the country.
