Charles "Skip" Goodrich

Charles "Skip" Goodrich has been a professional truck driver for 28 years and has accumulated more than 1.5 million accident-free miles. He drives for UPS Freight.

Several days each month, he speaks to the news media, schools, community groups, and industry and government officials about highway safety and the essentiality of the trucking industry.

Skip has placed first in his division at the Virginia State Truck Driving Championships twice. He has also won first place at the National Truck Driving Championships.

Skip and his wife, Pam, reside in Mechanicsville, Va., with their two children.
