Register online by clicking the Register Online hotlink on the right side of this page or download the conference registration form (to the right), complete it, and return the completed form (with payment) via fax to (703) 838-1852. You can also mail the completed form (with payment) to the address listed on the bottom of the conference registration form. Once your conference registration is entered by ATA Customer Administration, you will receive an email acknowledging that your registration has been processed. Within 72 hours, you will also receive an email confirming your registration along with instructions on how to secure your hotel accommodations through the Greater Phoenix CVB, ATA’s Official Housing Bureau, utilizing Passkey.
Please note that if you are responsible for registering all attendees from your company you must do so by fax (703-838-1852) or mail. This will enable you to list your email address as the confirmation recipient. It will also enable you to make hotel reservations for those you registered.
